Ingredients for malai curry :
4 large prawns
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tbs cashew nut paste
2 tbs butter
1/2 cup cream
1/2 tbs cardamon powder
1/2 tbs methi powder
1 tbs ginger-garlic paste
salt and pepper to taste
Method for prawn malai curry
In a non-stick pan heat 2 tbs butter and add ginger-garlic paste.
Stir with a spoon till the paste is transparent. Add the prawns
and simmer, add cashew nut paste, coconut milk, cream and cook
on a low heat for 3 minutes. Add cardamon powder, seasoning.
Cover the pan and cook over moderate heat until bubbles start
to appear. Serve hot prwan malai curry.
